Before joining Glenn Agre, he was an underwriter at Burford Capital, where he evaluated and structured litigation finance investments. He also has extensive experience in advising private equity firms and hedge funds on litigation risks in prospective investments. Sam previously practiced at Selendy Gay PLLC and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
