
Ayana’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class actions, securities, antitrust, and intellectual property disputes. Her representations have involved commercial disputes arising out of the global financial crisis.
Currently, Ayana represents trustees of residential mortgage-backed securitizations in actions seeking to recover billions of dollars from investment banks in breach of contract actions. She also devotes time to pro bono matters related to immigration asylum.
Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Ayana was a special counsel in McKool Smith’s New York office.
