Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes LLP announced today that Skye Tian Gao has been promoted to partner, effective January 1, 2023.

Recognized as a go-to trial lawyer and creative problem-solver, Gao represents global corporations, investment funds, and individuals in an array of high-stakes business litigation, with a focus on antitrust, corporate governance, securities, and private equity disputes. She also defends individuals and companies in financial crime investigations and enforcement actions.

Gao was recognized by Profiles in Diversity Journal as a 2022 Woman Worth Watching. Before joining Glenn Agre, Gao was an associate at Kasowitz Benson Torres.

She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Barnard College.
