Chloe’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has represented clients ranging from leading multinational corporations to high-net-worth individuals on real estate, insurance, employment, and antitrust matters, among others. She also has experience litigating class actions.

Chloe maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on areas including environmental justice and reproductive rights.

Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Chloe was an associate at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP.

Chloe has represented:

  • Private equity firm Lovell Minnick in a lawsuit presenting significant questions about the liability of private equity firms for acquisitions by their portfolio companies.
  • A real estate developer in a construction defect action.
  • A class of nearly 5,000 employees in a racial discrimination employment class action.
  • A major insurance company in a coverage litigation.
