Evan focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defense, counseling clients on matters involving employee misconduct, internal compliance, federal investigations, and bankruptcy proceedings.

Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Evan was a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society. Before that, he was an associate at Bracewell LLP. 

Evan has represented:

  • The former general counsel of McKinsey in a RICO action alleging misconduct in connection with restructuring work performed in multiple bankruptcies extending over 20 years.
  • A major religious organization in long-term investigations involving employee misconduct and internal compliance policies.
  • A private individual identified as a subject of a federal investigation.
  • Indigent individuals at trials, recognizance hearings, preliminary hearings, and during plea negotiations.
  • Multiple pro bono clients in a death penalty appeal, a litigated divorce, asylum, and veterans’ benefits matters.
