Turnarounds & Workouts has named partner Agustina Berro among its “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyers” for 2026. She is among 12 attorneys under 40 honored for their work on the industry’s most prominent bankruptcies and restructurings.
Agustina’s practice focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring, representing debtors and creditors in complex Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings, and bankruptcy litigation. She also counsels clients on transactions involving indentures and other debt instruments, including liability management exercises and lender-on-lender litigation. She is currently part of the Glenn Agre team representing preferred equityholders of QVC Group in its chapter 11 cases.
