Peter W. Kaplan

Peter represents clients in complex and high-stakes matters in state and federal court, including trial and appellate litigation, white collar defense, government investigations, and civil rights cases. He has represented individuals, businesses, and nonprofits at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through federal appeals.

Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Peter served as a law clerk to the Honorable Natasha C. Merle in the Eastern District of New York. He was previously a law clerk in the New York office of Kaplan Hecker & Fink.
