
Sam represents companies, financial institutions, and individuals in complex commercial litigation and white-collar criminal matters. He has experience in both state and federal proceedings and has advised clients in mass arbitration proceedings.
Sam also works at the intersection of cybersecurity and emerging technologies. He was named a New York University School of Law Cyber Scholar and his cybersecurity writing has been published in LawFare and the Compliance and Enforcement Blog of the Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement of the New York University School of Law.
Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Sam served as a law clerk to the Honorable Reena Raggi in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He was previously an associate at Skadden.
He also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented individuals in federal civil rights actions and New York housing court.
