Samuel is an experienced trial litigator with a focus on commercial disputes involving corporations, investment funds, and individuals in complex business disputes in federal and state courts and before arbitral tribunals nationwide. His practice includes business torts, antitrust matters, class action defense, and white-collar and regulatory investigations, as well as bankruptcy-related litigation.

Samuel regularly plays a leading role on litigation teams, managing key aspects of matters from discovery through trial preparation. He has examined and cross-examined witnesses at trial taken and defended depositions, argued discovery motions, and coordinated trial teams in complex, high-stakes disputes.

Prior to joining Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Samuel was an associate at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, where he worked on complex commercial litigation matters. Earlier in his career, Samuel was a senior lawyer with the Australian Government Solicitor, where he litigated complex commercial and public-interest matters involving federal regulatory regimes, including antitrust investigations and national security proceedings.

He previously served as a judicial associate to Justice John Griffiths of the Federal Court of Australia.
