Olga Lucia Fuentes-Skinner has been recognized by Crain’s New York Business as a 2022 Notable Hispanic Leader. The list highlights diverse professionals who are shaping companies and institutions in the New York metropolitan area as both leaders and mentors, helping to promote other diverse professionals. Many have helped to break through artificial ceilings in the workplace and both mentor and elevate other diverse professionals.

Co-founder of Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes, Olga is a veteran trial lawyer who has litigated a wide variety of the most significant commercial cases, including accounting malpractice, breach of contract, and fraud cases, in state and federal courts around the country, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Throughout her career, Olga has advocated for diverse attorneys—particularly women of color—to make courtroom appearances, take witnesses at jury trials, and hold leadership positions. Olga also had a vision to create an inclusive and diverse law firm, which she realized when she co-founded Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes in 2021, an unprecedented first for Latinas in Big Law. Olga spearheads hiring and promoting of diverse attorneys at Glenn Agre Bergman & Fuentes and also mentors minorities in law school and recent graduates.
